I hear a lot about Net Promoter Score and it sounds like a good idea, but I need a little more information before I decide whether to roll it out.

Good choice! Net Promoter Score is a widely used system designed to get right down to what you want to know: Will your customers recommend you or not?

The basics: Ask your customers how likely they are to recommend you, from 0 to 10 -- not at all likely to very likely. Automatically, the platform will let you know how many of your customers are Promoters (brand ambassadors!), Passives (satisfied but inactive), and Detractors (impact less positive or even negative). Plus, find out your overall score to find out where you stand today. (Learn more about this question type here -- https://www.sogosurvey.com/help/advance-survey-question-types/)

Combined with follow-up questions and regular benchmarking (Find more about NPS in reports here: https://www.sogosurvey.com/help/net-promoter-score-reports/), you’ll be able to learn more and do something about it regularly rather than just hoping for the best. smile
