SoGoSurvey’s assessment tool is designed to meet your quiz and testing needs. Simply click the tool dropdown at the top left of your screen and switch from Survey Tool to Assessment Tool. Create a quiz just like you would create a survey. You can use scores with plenty of different question types (See the full list here: https://www.sogosurvey.com/help/assessment-quiz-question-types/).

Once your quiz is ready, add scores (Read more here: https://www.sogosurvey.com/help/assigning-scores-to-answer-options/) and get ready to launch.

What’s the deal with NPS?

Good choice! Net Promoter Score is a widely used system designed to get right down to what you want to know: Will your customers recommend you or not?

The basics: Ask your customers how likely they are to recommend you, from 0 to 10 -- not at all likely to very likely. Automatically, the platform will let you know how many of your customers are Promoters (brand ambassadors!), Passives (satisfied but inactive), and Detractors (impact less positive or even negative). Plus, find out your overall score to find out where you stand today. (Learn more about this question type here -- https://www.sogosurvey.com/help/advance-survey-question-types/)

Combined with follow-up questions and regular benchmarking (Find more about NPS in reports here: https://www.sogosurvey.com/help/net-promoter-score-reports/), you’ll be able to learn more and do something about it regularly rather than just hoping for the best. smile

I hear a lot about Net Promoter Score and it sounds like a good idea, but I need a little more information before I decide whether to roll it out.

I’m working on a research project at my university and am trying to find an online survey tool we can use that will provide all the features we need, hopefully at a discount. Do you have a program for academics?

Not a problem! You can follow the same steps you used to expire the survey to re-open it! The fastest way to make your survey active again is from the Design tab. Hover over the status icon that appears to the left of the survey title. Select Active, and you’ll see the icon turn from green to red. If you want to set a new expiry date, you can do so by selecting the survey then clicking the Edit button and choosing Expiration Rules.

Our survey is already expired, but we want to open it up again and send a reminder to try to get responses from a few more people. Can I reopen the same survey?

Happy to help! Having the right questions makes a big difference. Take a look at our Patient Satisfaction Survey template. You can use it basically as is, or customize to make sure it meets your specific needs. Check it out: https://www.sogosurvey.com/survey-templates/healthcare/hospital-patient-satisfaction-survey/

I selected send now, however it still does not show as delivered in the menu. Also the user has not received it. I was thinking it would go automatically then, if selecting "send now".

I have some screener questions at the start of my study and want to make sure that participants cannot back track once they are told they do not qualify- is this feature automatic or do I have to edit something on the question? In previewing my survey I was able to back track.

Mutiple choice answers and the resulting complex answers

i have a question in my survey which has three answers to it. All three are relevant to the respondent but each one has different set of followup questions. How do i go about doing it?

For example - Q 1
1 offset
2. Fexo
3. Digital

Let us presume respondent selects all three as his/her line of activity.

Now I need to take the respondent to three different pages based on offset/flexo/digital selected. How do i do it on SOGoSurvey??
